Title: soo what are the rejection reasons
Post by: Artmyth on March 30, 2009, 09:26
I've been pretty lazy about the footage submission thing, which is a shame as even with my limited portfolio up on only two sites I get some good hits at month end.

I'm thinking of firing up the camera more frequently and a recent post sparked my curiosity.. what are the rejection reasons from various sites...

The only site I get rejections from is shutterstock and it is usually for not using a tripod, even when I have used a tripod and there is absolutely no camera movement.  I have given up with them for now.

I just received a rejection from SS; it was for Lighting.  Seems they do not like cloudy days - better reserve my sunny day clips for them.  ::)
