Hello, fellow filmists!

My latest camera acquisition allows me to film UHD 4k at 50p, here in PAL land, as opposed to the usual 25 fps. However, I am struggling to establish whether this is any more or less desirable to stock footage purchasers.

Anyone with any experience of selling 4k video at 50p?

Thanks guys. More power to your lenses.

Hello!

Did you get a GH5? If so, that's a great camera!

Anyway, I would set it to NTSC, film at 23.976 fps if you want real-time footage, 30p if you want 80% slow motion (a bit dreamy), and 60p when you want 40% slow motion. People rarely use 50p or 60p for real-time playback - it's used for slow motion.
