The LPGA took one of my illustrations and adapted it for their IWIT tournament. Is this legal?

Here is the side-by-side:

Most agencies/distributers don't allow this, but you'd need to check the conditions of where they bought it from (if they did buy it). This can be difficult, e.g. it can be difficult to know what conditions apply to what kinds of sales - I was trying to check yesterday for allowed uses for a particular type of iS/Getty sale and couldn't find the conditions of sale at all except for 'broad usage rights'.

It looks like the logo has been "adapted", not that your original has been used. I bet LPGA got it through a contest at designcrowd, freelancer.com or 99designs. It is very common at these places to look for illustrations that are not in use as a company logo and then, well, "use it as inspiration". I'd contact LPGA directly, claiming copyright for the illustration and asking them where they got theirs.
