How to Design a Logo with Golden Ratio

It's a nice shark illustration, but that's doesn't really have anything to do with golden ratio. That's just a logo made up of elliptical shapes. The circles are all over the place so there's no actual relation between them, so the rule of thirds doesn't apply here.

The golden ratio is not the rule of thirds. :D

You're right :D I meant to say the golden ratio is lost in the logo design.
