Designers buy images. Leave type out. As soon as you put type in, you have limited the use of your photograph. Edit: OP mentioned in a private mail that he is doing illustrations, not images. So if he is providing vectors, it’s a different story. You would need to look at the license for the font you are using. Sometimes they are only licensed for personal use, other times they allow commercial use.
