Title: Imagerrights ?
Post by: RacePhoto on November 07, 2011, 12:09

The ImageRights Recovery team will help you recover settlement fees for unauthorized use of your image. We pursue settlement fees, deliver take down notices and seek attribution where needed on your behalf. ImageRights does the hard work for you, at no up-front cost to you.

I'm sure there are some limitations and conditions and I haven't fully investigated, but the last part was interesting. No up-front cost?

Now I'd have to have something good enough to steal? :D

I am really tempted to go for this. I'll have to look into the company a little more.

How can you know if a site is using your picture "illegale" since you don't know who are the customers of your stocksites where you submitted the picture too ???

Here are two big clues:

1. The watermark is still on the image.

2. You find a high resolution version of one of your images on a site giving it away for free.

Or was that a rhetorical question or a joke or ???
