hello everyone,

I found one of my images on following website and successfully downloaded it for free: https://pngtree.com [nofollow]

Im not aware that it is in line with licensing terms. domain of this website is registered in china.

I found there picture at least of one other shutterstock contributor:

Is this website legit. Do you think I should report it somewhere?

Hi, if anyone is interested I have update.

after I contacted them they deleted content from website and blocked user who uploaded my work. also they offered me to become contributor on their platform  :)

this is their answer:
