Check out this web site: http://www.free-stockphotos.com/

They claim that any image on their site can be used commercially without limitations (well, no kinky stuff etc.)

Images obviously have the DT logo on them. Didn't know that a third party can license DT thumbnails for "free".
Is that right or am I over reacting?

They link back to Dreamstime. They look like they are photos in their free section.
