I am able to login just to see that nothing has changed on the site for the last 3 years.
Are they really selling anything?

I took my photos down about a year ago, no sales in the two years before that. I completely forgot about them.

I uploaded images about a week ago , and sent several emails to find out what is going on, and have NOT heard back from Vortex, if they are close d, they should come on line a mention it..poor customer service..

Having no single word/picture changed on their website for 3 years; and having nothing in the news I was sure they are already dead, even if the site still exists... I didn't bother uploading more than couple tens photos there; and in total I had 1 sale Smiley

I heard it was not bad at all for about 1 year 2-3 yrs back, and then everything died...

I had three sales and a payout with a small portfolio, but the last activity I had there (sales and payout) was almost one year ago.

I was going to ask the same.  It's good to set prices, but then if they don't sell...

PS: I was able to log on Oct 1st, when I check earnings in all sites.

yeah my last sale there was in 2007 ... I've been stuck at $8 under a payout ever since .. I should probably by one of my own images just so i can get some cash out of the deal.

I have about 1000 illustrations in pending for about one year, they completely forgot me. Sales... nothing yet. 15 files online. I think I'll quit this one.

Looking into the company a bit, it seems like it's yet another agency that's an extension of a larger company, Moran Research and Consulting.  It's owned by an ophthalmologist who also develops ophthalmology software and HDR / GPS camera accessories.  https://www.promotesystems.com
