Yeah, it is not so easy to find:
My dashboard -> Statistics - Convert My Credits

But you need to be in "Contributor Mode" and not "Customer Mode".

Can you post address for
"Contributor Mode"
and
"Customer Mode".

--------------------------------

I only find under My Acc the MY DASHBOARD
an when this page opens there is no any "stati...." word
Only in OVERVIEW I see my CREDITS xxx(numbers) and klicable word CREDITS in small letters
as in page
http://www.fotolia.com/Member (http://www.fotolia.com/Member)
when click this CREDITS in small letter its opens page
http://www.fotolia.com/Member/MyCredits (http://www.fotolia.com/Member/MyCredits)
and on right there I see blue linked words CONVERT CREDITS
after that opens page
http://www.fotolia.com/Contributor/ConvertCredits (http://www.fotolia.com/Contributor/ConvertCredits)
and head line of the page says: Credit conversion 1/2
what?
Beneeth that is the bla bla storie

Only validated credits may be converted. Bonus/offered credits are not available for conversion. Provide a valid email address that is associated with a Paypal or Moneybookers account - otherwise, the conversion will be declined.

Step 1

If you asked for contributor mode -there is a customer mode/contributor mode button on the right side.  On the dashboard page to the far right of green My Dashboard text.  I hope that makes sense.

Not working for me. I'm in contributor more and my statistics are found at:
http://www.fotolia.com/Contributor/Statistics (http://www.fotolia.com/Contributor/Statistics)

There is no "Convert My Credits" on that statistics page.  ???

I have to go to:
Top menu - "My Services" -> "My Credits" -> then follow the link on the right hand panel, last link "Convertible Credits" which takes you to:
http://www.fotolia.com/Contributor/ConvertCredits (http://www.fotolia.com/Contributor/ConvertCredits)

I requested a payout already today, so that page looks a bit funny now but that's how I went about.

Click_click, if you go to "My Dashboard" there is a table called "Statistics" with a link to convert credits.
I meant these statistics, and not "My Files"-Statistics.

Haha, of course you're right, didn't see it in the middle of the screen - lol.

Well eventually we'll get to our money...

On page

http://www.fotolia.com/Contributor/ConvertCredits (http://www.fotolia.com/Contributor/ConvertCredits)

opens page with green text

Credit conversion 1/2

This is what confuses me
word 1/2
Is this mean that you for e.g. 500 credits you will get 250 USD?!?
