Title: What's up with "istock news"...

What's up with "istock news" and all the December 31st, 1969 post flood? Posting bot or new site feature?

well happy you asked :) :) :)

I am working on a new feature, and screwed up the date :(

I am planning on having the news from istock, dreamstime, and fotolia (at least those sites anyhow), automatically scanned and a thread started for each news posting.  It usually will be about 1/ day or so, but as things get started there will be a few extras.  I thought it would be a good way to keep up to date on what is happening on all the sites, and also a place to talk about the news posting.

If you scroll to the bottom of the main page, you will see a neat and tidy organized summery of news posting (the dates on these are a little messed up too, but will be better in the future.

Thanks Leaf, very good addition feature!  I know that internet didn't exist in 69, and computers weren't squeezed in a small box.  But I wondered if you were even born at that time...  ;)

yep about 7.5 years too early for me :)

I thought it was sort of ironic how we are currently discussing istock rolling out new features with bugs in them :)
