Title: Anyone else noticing a spam decline?

Managing our own mail servers, I started to wonder if I had broken something - suddenly no more deleting 20 emails for every legit one.  The shutdown of this spam company seems to be the reason.  Some people report the spam coming back after a day or so, but it's still significantly down here. Anyone else?

I monitor incoming emails for the company I work for. Usually I delete a couple of thousand spam mails every morning, this morning it was much less than half that. A lot less work for me!

yeah i saw that news bit too.. nice to see.

Forum boards on the other hand - this board in any case... spambots are on the crazy rise the last few days.

My email spam has gone down, today I only had 2 emails to delete instead of my usual hundred, I'll agree with the forum spambots though, a site I own with a forum has recently started getting spambots, thank goodness for ip blocks.

Haven't seen spam for a while (well exept Monthy's spam (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BIWk5bGno58)) so I can't comment on this.
