Hi everyone,
My picniche just told this:

Veer Change
Change on Veer (primary):
64.55 to 64.20

Did anyone have something similar?

Same for me.

Seems to be that the Veer dashboard is just adding up sales for a bit less than a year. In my case two sales (each $0.20) are missing from July 29 and July 31 in 2009 (my first two sales there).
You can still see them when you choose the date accordingly and display the sales as table, but they will not be included in the total in the dashboard.
A bit strange I would say...

To me it's also strange that one can't easily see earnings after last payment. To me that is more important than gross earnings, because I want to see how much I have until next payment.

And while we're talking about Veer statistics... although not a glitch, it's also weird that we can't see sales by month, but have to choose weeks.

I have sales of 2 or 3 images multiple times in sam e day and every with they every possible licence which they offer to buyers and earn me in they statistic about 70 $. I just waiting moment when I will be in (-) minus with them and with my statistic. Or maybe it is they gift to me?!?  ;D
I think they have some glitch like DreamsTime when you buy image and then want buy another at different size or licence system gives you the same old image in that new size but not new one choosen image.

I have a very strange Veer trend for the last 4 months: Views Way UP, Sales Zero.
What a disappointment.

July has been a good month for me on Veer 8 sales so far and some big ELs in the past 6 months or so. Very pleased with earnings overall.

I've concluded that someone at Veer is plotting against me. I was selling some each month, not bad for a new site. But for the last five months zero sales but views are 20 times higher. I emailed Veer to see if there were any technical problems with my account. They said no. Got to be a conspiracy goin' on. At least earnings aren't minus.

downloads have certainly picked up since the dash and i hope the el trend continues, as you have experienced.

Did you mean something like that?
For me from they beginnings they looks like some kind of wanabee designers spot light like, not flicker but profiled Deviant. Eg like Getty has Fljiker koljekshn, somehow Veer has they own collection of over priced wannabee items.
After that when microstock come in they place they realize that they wanabee design mode is overpriced and that "photo snapers" from SnapWillage has something larger in they heads than one salt crystal eg (Homers brain).
I thing they are so confused in which quantity they got good work and some how want to join it together...
So there is the second lounch  ;D
Something like
even a blind squirrel find a nut once in a while.
In my language there is no blind squirrel but blind chicken in same phase anyhow with last sales on them they made more than BigStock and 123 combined  ;D

Suljo: Your graph trend in "views" looks very similar to mine. Except mine has no sales after April 8. Zero. Very strange.

Hello,
dito - same to me ... hundreds of views ... but no sales. What are they doing? I'm very disappointed about Veer at the moment, hope it will be better in future ... would be nice to read a statement about that from Veer ...

~20 files approved, ~10 pending since the beginning of Dash for Cash - 181 views / 3 sales

Not so bad considering the ridiculously small port .

I have also same problem...
I see whole amount in "Gross earnings" after choosing the earliest date, but near the graph amount is different...

So that is it!

Where is Brian, they need to fix it... :)

I just look at royalties at the top it dropped about $8. I went to the bottom and adjusted the dates back to the start until now (so more than the last year) and it shows it without the drop.

Aha! Thanks for pointing me to that one borg! :) Makes sense i guess, pity it's so confusing to find out how much $ i have since my last payout.

Same happened to me: I had two sales last week ($2.40 commission) that suddenly disappeared 5 days later from my $$ total while staying in the sales graph.
Do they refund customers if they're disappointed with their purchase?

EDIT: it is refunds and you can see them by choosing the Display as Table in statistics.
