I have consolidated some informations about agencies i am contributing. check it here:

1. It seems better get paid in EURO since US currency is weak. (remember to registered fotolia through their european or UK webpage)
2. Some agencies that is US based will have a significant tax(30%) on US sales for contributors from some countries.
3. Moneybookers has lower exchange rate than Paypal.
I am not so sure those agencies that get paid in US but no tax, so if you had get paid with them before, please just correct me.
