This happened to me a few times now that I get a sale of an RM image (exclusive to Alamy) with the usage type for print.

However I happen to find the image on 5 websites posted online around the date the image was licensed for print.

I contacted Member Services and they assured me that everything is in order and that the buyer often allows syndicated networks to pull their "original" images.

Supposedly the partner agencies don't precisely report the exact use to Alamy. Apparently the pricing is correct but the usage type might not be applicable.

Has anyone else noticed thing like this?

Yes, I have had this happen and I've received the same response from member services.  I was really shocked last December when I licensed a RF image for a 90% discount based on the advertised price.
