Hello all,

I am considering to start with a photo-documentary project regarding a social topic in the country where I live. I'm planning to take pictures of people and ask them some questions about the topic. We can call it a photo-interview project as well. I thought I may need a release/document that could be signed by the interviewees which declares that I won't use the pictures for commercial purposes (stock), I won't share their personal info with 3rd parties, they are OK with the publishing of their ideas, etc.

Does anybody has experience with this kind of thing? What other points I would need to add to the release, what do you think?

Any comment/remark is appreciated.
Jim

You might want to add something about not using anything they disclose to you to accuse them of something, or get them in trouble with the law.

Just to be safe.
