Weird, I'll check graphicriver submit.

regarding istockphoto, make sure you're entering e-mail and not login

I tryed both ways, with email and login, but it doesn't work..
I'm sure that the login informations are correct, if you want to share the monitors via skype i'll let you see in person.

Thanks for the support.

Yes, I checked many times, I typed and retyped the login info.
I tryed to log out from the websites and login again with the credentials that I'm putting in the SS fields, but doesn't work..

I also upload in these websites without problems:

Bigstock
colourbox
veer
shutterstock
fotolia
dremstime
canstockphoto
clipdealer
yaymicro
mostphotos
zoonar

etc...

Try copying these credentials both into fields on istock and in stocksubmitter

You mean in the istock website and then in SS ?

If yes, that's what I did many times, copy and paste or retyping the credentials more than twenty times.

I'm the only user that's noticing this problem?

Please help !!

Have you tried a different browser? That can help.

Vlad,

Sorry but I don't understand what you mean. Actually I have a problem logging in with SS, not as usual in the websites.

If you mean something else, please explain me better. Thanks

Luca

You must be getting to IS and SS by using a browser. The software you use to access the internet.
IE, Safari, Firefox etc.
I know some actions on IS don't always work if you are using a specific browser, it's worth trying to do the same action but by accessing the site through a different browser. If you only have one installed on your computer, just download another one.

Hello, honestly I think you haven't understood the nature of the problem.
Or maybe it's just me and I'm missing the point.

Make sure you're entering e-mail and not login.
Make sure you're not entering any extra spaces, using correct letter casing, etc.

@ Saaaa,

What operative system are you using?
Is it a fresh new installation?
Graphicriver is also not working?
