I have some photos of a model, for whom I have a signed release, at a tourist attraction, for which I do not have a property release, so the photos will be uploaded as editorial.  I'm wondering if I should include the model release.

I'd include the release.  It's up to the client to decide if they can use your images without a property release.  Is there any downside from their point of view if there's a model release?  I can't imagine any, so it's all upside.

Thats what I do as well. If I need both but only have one, I will attach the ones I do have. On Alamy that works fine.
