Contributor Notification: Uploads Disabled - September 18, 2013
On September 18th, we will be temporarily disabling the upload functionality on the site to work on some customer-focused promotions. Uploads will be disabled from 7am MDT, and will last for approximately 6-8 hours. Please note that the inspection of your files will continue, only the upload functionality will be disabled.

We are doing so to ensure optimal performance and do apologize for the inconvenience. We will update the announcement thread here as soon as the upload functionality is brought back online.

Not sure why uploads are down, to work on the customer side.

My uploads to Istock are permanently 'disabled' anyway (or until they increase their pathetic royalty rates).

Let's just hope that this will not go the way of many previous September site changes. Couldn't they have kept it until the weekend at least.
Oops.  :-[ They don't work weekends.

Or in my case, until they let contributors know about and opt out of partner deals plus increase their sad-sack royalty rates (or return the business volume to where we were making decent money at 20%)

At least you can talk about your royalty rate at Istock.  :P

Maybe SS bought IS, if we wake up to a SS type interface you my not be able to talk about your royalty rate either.

How is this for a tinfoil hat response; they needed to execute a secondary offering to buy IS.
