What is with the extremely slow site?  Even clicking on the upload button took over 30 minutes to get to the upload screen.  Then the file(s) never uploaded after an hour.   I've tried on Inter Explorer (latest version), Firefox and Google Chrome.

I did a resubmit: it was very slow, but the file did go up eventually.

They spent all the IT infrastructure money on vegetarian pizzas and organic coffee for the brainstorming meetings - the ones where they came up with a subscription model and one price fits all strategies....which I believe someone else already came up with ten years ago.

There was a kerfuffle on the forums about this but I haven't followed it because the glib responses from the moderators made me angry.

Upload button? Do they still have one? Why on earth would anyone want to click on it?

You'll get no significant further investment in IT infrastructure so you might as well get used to things as they are. Things will only speed up when more customers leave to reduce load on the servers.

LOL, the upload button.
I haven't seen that guy in years.
If a black hole had an upload button people would use and expect something.

I use their FTP method: my 100 files uploaded in 3 minutes, then it took 2 minutes to keyword, after 20 min all of them were approved and I got my first 340 downloads just in a hour. Then I got several extended licenses of somewhere $600 each, and when I tried to check them closely I.... woke up..

Unfortunately everything is slow. Trying to check stats and just general maneuvering is time consuming. Gostwyck is right, they aren't about to invest in technological upgrades - that is expensive. They'd have to cut our commissions! ;D
