I do not understand why they closed. Maybe you offered your images exclusive? That would be a big problem and the reason. Show us the mail they sent to you.

You will not be welcome back. You broke their rules, assuming you were exclusive. If you were exclusive it's simply a big mistake to think you can also upload to other agencies. I would just move on now, upload everywhere else you can but do not go exclusive anywhere.

I think you will get rejected. It`s the same identification card you have to upload. If you pass and start uploading. Someday they will detect your second account. This one will get deleted too. So you will just waste a much time.

You really uploaded images these are not yours?

I was exculusive constribitor in istock.
My assistant opened an account on shutter unware me. Assistant sent 10 of my works to get a fast confirmation.. After getting the confirmation she doesn't upload anything and doesn't logged in...I didn't know that until you send me that email. She doesn't knew that it is a mistake what she did and that's the reason why she doesn't asked me for permission...  :/
Try to explain this to them.  If that is really what happened then you might be able to get your account back.

It sounds like they can't even get the termination reason right, as they are saying things like he is uploading someone else's work.

Just out of curiosity, how did your assistant open an account elsewhere and have access to all of the identification required without you knowing they had access to this? my understanding is that SS is rather stringent for the purposes of identification, then there is the W8BEN forms that your "assistant" filled in without you knowing? Maybe you could share how that happened?

If the same work is on Shutterstock from a different contributor then it could easily look like he's uploading someone else's work.

I have to also wonder why your assistant would randomly decide to do this - on a whim? They were at a loose end one day and thought, "Oh, I'll just fire some of my boss's photos up to SS, why not"? That sounds really odd.

You will not get back on iStock unless you can get this sorted out, which might take a legal case against your assistant.

Yes but i deleted all my photos on shutterstock.
If i upload someone else's work.. i cant to delete.. ?
So now you can explain that you didn't steal someone's work but you still have to convince them that you weren't trying to open another account which would violate your exclusivity agreement.  Deleting your account when you get caught doesn't fix it, you have to show that you didn't create that account.  There are two issues, copyright violation and your exclusivity agreement.

If he is not exclusive, and from the email I gather thats not the case, and someone else is uploading HIS work to SS, then why would IS point the finger at him for uploading copyrighted work to IS?? It is his own work, on both agencies! IS jumped the gun, without asking questions. Disgrace.

Looks like Rancor (AKA Ron, Ponke, Ponke V2, Lightrecorder, etc... etc.. etc...) jumped the gun or more accurately went off the rails without reading what was posted.
