How do I attach a release to photo

I've been uploading for a while, but I forgot how to attach a relase to an image ! I try to find it myself but didn't ! Why it is impossible to attach a release when editing an image ? Please help me !

you have to click on something near the lower left where it talks about releases and then you can see all of your releases to choose from (I am assuming you already have the releases you need uploaded).

OMG ! Thank you ! Yesterday this link on edit photo takes me to download release but not to attach one ! Finally !!!
But still ... it's not very instinctive.
