I am uploading daily 5-10 files to top tiers, but I've heard lot of people uploading batch 300+ files weekly, monthly etc. (sometimes in poor quality).
Am I doing well, or not ?

Yes, you're doing well. In the end it's quality, that is more important than quantity.

Are the 300 accepted or not? If they are all accepted, quality is of such standard that the agencies feel confident in selling them. If they get 300 a week accepted they probably have a very high work rate. Nothing wrong with that. Stock studios probably upload 1000s a week of perfect high quality.

I always thought, and I use to do it, that is better submit small batches each just to excite in your favor the search engines more frequently. I don't know if that is a good way so the experience on SS worked better for me.

I upload when I have something finished and ready to upload. If it's one, I send one, if it's 200 I send up 200.

If someone feels that they like to send smaller batches, and there's some way it tricks the search or gets more sales... then by all means, have a good time.

I personally don't think it makes any difference, so I don't. Just like what to shoot or any of that, each person needs to decide for themselves.

Depends on the type of work. I do about 40-50 eps files per week to 15 sites. I upload and submit on one day of the week. The rest of the days I'm drawing things.

Only you can know if you're doing well, according to whether profit meets your expectations.
I will say it's much harder to get started nowadays, as so many areas are already very well covered.
