Possibly one of the many Hollyhocks Alcea ?

Looks like Hibiscus to me.

It's not Hibiscus. The flower is similar but the buds and leaves are completely different

Doesn't Hibiscus always have a very prominent stigma?

Yes, definitely hollyhock, Alcea rosea. It's in the hibiscus family (Malvaceae).

This flower is growing everywhere in Poland, it's very popular and I could say it's like a weed.

Same in Ukraine where it is considered as the national flower (or one of the national flowers?

I think, but I am not sure, that it was the flower represented on the logo of Poland/Ukraine EURO 2012.
