Just uploaded 63 images through FTP, no issues. But I have been informed their IT is working hard to fix all bugs.

The site is completely messed up.
You can get past that annoying ID statement by clicking and even upload images,
but the uploads won't show up.
I uploaded a few images about 8 hours ago and thought they were queued, but now they have disappeared.
FTP doesn't work either.
Complete and utter waste of time.

When do we actually have time and energy to _photograph_ when our days are spent messing with **** like this??

Now when I try to upload, I get a screen that says, "123RF.com will only review and approve submissions by Contributors who have uploaded their ID for verification.
You have submitted your ID for payment verification. To resubmit, click here:"

When you upload you ignore the ID statement it should say "you have submitted your ID for payment verification."

Instead select from the bottom row one of the grey buttons that say "Image Vectors Footage Audio" (where I put the big  black arrow) :D then you go through the process of loading

You would think with all the money they have in the "kitty" from us photographers that these items would be fixed so we can can concentrate on making sales.

It still does not work! I've just spent an hour trying to upload just TWO photos. The first two times, they disappeared. Now I have three copies of the same images showing up and a processing bar where nothing is happening for 15 minutes. It's a joke.  >:(

I don't know of any roll out that went without bugs. Just wait until it's fixed. Is it a matter of life and death to get two images submitted? I would focus on other agencies and just wait till they sorted the bugs. Don't get worked up over this. Be happy.

The upload system is working better today, still a bit slow, but working. :)

I have uploaded few photos, just to check if is really so messy.
System works slower as before.
Before were required 3 clicks for one upload, now 6 at least.

Conclusion:
123 has no more the fastest and the simplest upload system
:(

Now in addition to the upload problems and the site being down a lot of the time, 60% of my portfolio (1500 images) has disappeared.  >:(

Sorry but it should never have been "broken" in the first place if their IT had been doing their jobs properly  :(

Just uploaded 10 new files via FTP, went onto the site to submit them and they are not there. What is worse, under every portion "ALL - ACCEPTED - REJECTED - INCOMPLETE" nothing shows up at all.

Yet on my "upload history page" it shows 198 uploaded (not counting the 10 from today), 155 accepted, 40 pending and 3 rejected"  :o

Well, thats the same with me. I uploaded some files, in two trips and some went..some are showing in the incomplete... Same thing when I click on the history page.

But after up FTP you actually have to go to another page, which I never know which is...and you need to click to upload and choose FTP and so on...on this link:
 http://submit.123rf.com/ftpresults.php?action=process

I got some vectors up but I sill have 18 images showing on the FTP. so I don't know if that is in some sort of queue.

Well, the 10 I uploaded today are now showing up, but the other 40 I had in queue still needing data are not.

Also nothing shows up under the "accepted or rejected" tabs at all, even though there are photos in my portfolio. /facepalm.

This is what my page looks like:

Their CSV for video does not work and they provide two sets of conflicting formats, but neither works.

Uploading to 123RF is still a lottery, often the process fails and sometimes you have luck .... It is totally unpredictable what happens when you upload a file. The misery already lasts more than three weeks and that is far too long for a professional company.

Accidentally sent some photos up yesterday (having decided to stop until the system is fixed) but can report that my ftp thinks files have gone through but after 12 hours they are not in the files-to-be-processed-from-ftp area at 123 .
So it's still not working properly.

Yes, sometimes, it just needs time to update with sales numbers.

I don't understand their process..

There are 66 images that have been approved a few days ago in my history...but they don't show in my portfolio...

No luck.
