Hi,
I wrote two messages to newbielink:mailto:[email protected] [nonactive] to delete one of my images and received just the automatic response. I send the first email May 15, second one  May 23 and the image is still there.
I need this image deleted urgently. What to do? Why is so hard to delete an image from Veer?

Very bad customer support. I also emailed many a times regarding a query but never heard from them, not sure whom to contact now.

They should give contributors the ability to self delete.

Try to go through some old Veer posts, there is a MSG Member by the name of Grant who is very helpful.  You can send him a PM through MSG, not sure if he'll get it, but pretty confident if he does he will respond.

Thanks for advice Pixart, I just wrote a PM to GrantP, hopefully he will see my message today and help me to remove that image.

Hi Dip,

I want to apologize about the image not being removed before today. Something must have happened to our inbox because I dont have any record of your initial email.

I have removed the image from the site. It will take around an hour for it to be completely off the site. Again, I apologize for the delay.
