I think many guys have seen the guy who has posted the 123rf software that steals the images from the agency.

anyone already know, will it be soon for every agency?
isnt this meaning "stealing" and illegal ?
are there any rights for this?

im really afraid now about this if it worth it anymore to upload anywhere

I agree !
I sent to him a link with one of my pictures and he download it without any restrictions. I wrote to 123RF, let's see what happens  :-\

Unfortunately there are many thieves who steal and then sell those pictures. The real bad think is that agencies do almost nothing. They get the money in their accounts so they do not care as long they are with profits.. Those users eventually are blocked but all their money return in to agencies bank accounts.
It is easy to find on torrents pictures stolen from SS, FT, 123 and so on...
