Property release

OK. I give up. I have a property release. I'd like to upload it. But I can't find out where to do this. Deepmeta links to exisitng ones (so I must have sent ones up before) but I give up. Online I see nothing useful.
Anybody give me a clue please?

Deepmeta:
Main Window
Tabs beneath the menu bar select "releases" tab


Top right, "Add release"


Drop down options next to it for which type of release.


TO link it to a particular file open the "details" window by double clicking the file on the list.
Then check the uploaded file under the "releases" tab.
