Hello guys

So there is this site wally24.pl where I found my images ... They are credited with my name and fotolia watermark ..... But..... What . is this?

I just wrote to them
And fotolia too, waiting for a reply. I'm not super expert so please can someone help me understand ? What is this? Is this legal? Or not?

Found footage there which is just a few days old so it is apparently a mirroring site,an affiliate of fotolia, who drives traffic.

Most likely an API partner.
They do have an API which allows partners to integrate their whole library into the partner's offering. Sales are then automatically executed on the FT platform.
Drawback is that they allow POD sites to use FT images without having to buy an EL (whenever a print is bought, that results in a direct sale - supposedly credit sale of largest size - on FT).

It is a partner site. I recall seeing my work there and if you dig you can see the FT file number.
