Shutterstock maintained 6 days?

Hello is that normal when i try to send my video on shutterstock the software said to me ...being maintained please try few hours. 6 days the software said that to me. thank you

Does the submission work manually from their website?

I'm having a similar problem. I can't connect Shutterstock to my Stock submitter account since yesterday. The pop up window does show up to connect and I am able to log into my Shutterstock account but the connection to Stock Submitter doesn't happen. My balance isn't updating and I can't send files either.
