Hi guys,

I have come across some of my images on a YAYmicro partner site.
My account at YAY was removed late september '11 so that's more then six months now, is this legal? Because if my images are still selling where do the earnings go?

No.  It's not legal.  Send them a cease and desist demand letter and let them know they are currently infringing on your copyrights, and that if they are not removed within a certain period of time, you will pursue legal action.  That should get the job done.
