hello to everybody

ı can't upload my new images to DT. When ı try to upload it says 'your login data is incorrect' . But ı am sure about my password. What can be the reason of this problem?

what you just wrote is english enough to be understood. email carmen at dreamstime support, she is very helpful. you can write in rumanian too. if not, i am sure someone there will understand your own language as they have different sites in various languages.

I was having a similar issue. If I upload via the website I would get a login error. Uploading via FTP works fine though.

take it as a blessing in disguise. only old images are being viewed and sold.

Like Freedom, on the other thread, all my dls are older images, most only subs with few cents . Not sure if this has anything to do with the summer slowdown, although Achilles said no slowdown at all . I never really bothered to ask. More constructive by saving my breath and upload elsewhere to Veer, Fotolia, Bigstock, even Canstock, 123RF

Maybe DT caught the StockXpert virus. arghhh !
