Hello,

I am curious if anyone can tell me the export settings they use for creating a .mov file for I stock photo for 4K .movs

I keep getting invalid supported file when I upload, have emailed their support two times and get canned responses

I am exporting with the Gopro cineform YU10 which was recommended on the premiere forums that match the high quality settings as the MP4 renders

I have met their requirments in terms of length, data size and it being a .mov

Anyone know what the deal could be?

Well there you go then. Export using the recommended export settings provided by iStock.

Awesome I am looking for it on their page and have been on their site FAQ, and emailed asking for it from support, do you know the link for that info? Thanks

I just do well at searches, I don't know much myself...  ;)

We tried using the recommended export settings suggested by iStock however it doesn't seem possible using Premier Pro CC 2018 a Windows machine. Not for 4K or HD. If anyone has any suggestions on what settings we can try we'd appreciate it.
Storyblocks wanted .MOV for HD footage we encode it using DNxHR and it was accepted. No such luck for iStock.
