As for the DeepMeta - nope it doesn't show my downloaded files properly, if I sort by "downloaded" it only shows stats on 3 files downloaded in 2015, the rest is blank.
Strange - as you can see mine is working.
If you've recently updated DM (I'm on v 2.0.23, which probably isn't the latest version) and still have the problem, you could inform Franky via the iS forum - he's generally very helpful.

Deep Meta now only shows the january stats. where can I find the december earnings?

When you're logged into iS:
http://www.istockphoto.com/user_stats.php?id=1377188&Offset=0&DownloadsGraphFileType=

thanks for your answer. I managed to get my csv and it says total december is x. I cannot figure out what amount I made from partner sales and I cannot download the csv in a normal format.
The stats on the site tell me a different amount for december.  :'( :'(

Why not Istock, just leave everything simple like it was?  We as photographers have enough to worry about trying to submit the best images for approval.  This new system was not necessary and for sure not user friendly.

I will not upload any new images because of this so call system to help photographers.

Shady Sue recently posted:

"I did it on my phone, no problem.  For the computer (It worked directly from FF last night but this morning I can't seem to change from daily to monthly - the below is working as of this moment): Go to the top thread ("Unification changes ..." on the Discussion Forum on the iS site. The top post there gives several links to 'missing' information, including links to the CSV for 2016, 2015 etc.  (clicking the link starts the download, so I don't have the URI)."

Anyone know where the link is for the "Discussion Forum" on the iS site that ShadySue mentions above?  I don't see it anywhere on iStock.  The only link I see is for the "Contributor Community;" is that what ShadySue is talking about?  That link takes me to the Getty Images/iStock site, and my iStock login info doesn't work there.

"(clicking the link starts the download, so I don't have the URI)"  What's a URI?

Yes, it's the GI/iS contributor community, where the iS forum has been for ages - the old iS forum closed at least a year ago.
You should have been sent login details for the GI/iS forums by email before it opened. If you've lost your email, you'll need to contact their CR for your information. You may have to wait some weeks, as CR is very slow ATM.

Post I just placed on the iStock/Getty forum concerning the cluster over there. Only posting here since I don't expect it to stay there very long.

I have been on the Internet since before it was called that and have been on the WWW as a user and a developer since day 1. In all those years, I have never seen a single case, either as a user or a programmer, where an old site was crippled piece by piece, rendering it useless, before the new site was released. The way hundreds of thousands of previous websites have handled it is, the old site is maintained in parallel while the new one is developed, tested, then released. Only then is the old site taken down.

Failing that, instead of trying to find usable links buried in a forum on a different domain, minimally, place those links on the original pages where you users would look for the information.

The fact that emails were sent out telling us that the site would be snafu for some months in no way relieves you of responsibility for having done so.

I was confused by the thread on MSG of everyone, not only suspending their uploading, but actively deleting their accounts at iStock before I came here looking for useful information. I have never seen such a complete disregard for the needs of the users, partners and contributors of a website in my 25 years of being a part of this media.

Sorry for asking this here but do I see this correctly that at the moment we have no sales total available, neither on IS nor Getty ESP?

I do not follow the Getty/IS forums but is this issue widely accepted now by the contributor community or is there some turmoil about this and  are there any more infos on when or where our live stats will be displayed?

Does the sales graph show image sub sales for the last week of December? Mine doesnt, so wondering if they suddenly stopped. My credit sales completely stopped right before Xmas day too and havent had one since. No PP sales for the whole month showing either.

Im confused, because even with all the changes my December revenue is now about 1/5 of other istock months, despite being my BME on most other agencies. Plus no sales whatsoever in January yet, thats not normal.

Briefly my sub sales and pp appeared then disappeared again to be honest who knows whats wrong or right or where it is ? Fairly average month for me.

Not all the stats, but the best / only set of links is the first post on the first thread in the discussion forum over at iS/Getty forums.

People aren't happy, but we were told that this was going to happen (not in detail) by emails, the main one of which was sent on 31st October. (some dates mentioned there have been pushed back to 1st Feb as per a subsequent email).

Yes, in the email and in the forum post mentioned above.

No sub sales after 22nd Dec. (reporting them early was just to let them move onto the  Credit sales are being reported on the chart, at least up to 9th Jan, also in the last upload link (see above) and DM (not $$ value of sales).
As usual, PP, G+ and GI for December haven't yet been reported.

This seems to be where programming in general is heading. Everyone has a cell phone and they are a photographer. Everyone has a computer on their desk and now the business community feels they should run/dictate the IT shop. This is not unique to the stock world, and the only winners are the hackers.

My question too? How do I get to ESP?

Another one talking about ESP but I have no link and no information has been on Getty forum?

Feb. 1st is the promised date. Anybody can make a guess at that because it was first promised Jan. 1st, but they ran into delays.

What kind of business shuts down contributor data with no alternate access. Doesn't matter that they warned us, because they didn't say it was going to be the usual IS fuckup and we would be in the dark, no reporting of some sales, partial reporting of others and a accurate information blackout for over a month?

Reason we don't know more is because they don't know themselves.

I found the unification email in my inbox. It was sent on October 31st, and it says:

Unification Timeline Contributor Tools

December 2016
Training materials provided for ESP content upload.
Scheduled for January 3, 2017
iStock.com contributor tools will be retired on www.istockphoto.com/xnet
Login details for the ESP Platform sent to iStockers
iStock contributor tools become available via the ESP Platform.

However, I don't have any emails after that sending me any kind of imformationmentioned above. No training material sent, no login details. The only thing that happened was retiring of contributor tools at Istock.

The email with the date changes was sent on 23rd Nov.

Now Scheduled for February 1, 2017
iStock.com contributor tools will be retired on www.istockphoto.com/xnet
Login details for the ESP Platform sent to iStockers
iStock contributor tools become available via the ESP platform

then followed more info about the Unification timeline.

And for anyone who didn't keep that email, it also said:
Unification Timeline
Royalty statements and payments
Now Scheduled for February 20, 2017

Royalty statement for January transactions available via Account Management in ESP.
Now Scheduled for February 25, 2017
Payments for January transactions will be reflected on the February 20 statement.

Anyone who's not getting emails needs to contact iS's CR; no-one here can help you with that.

I realise that you can't know you're missing them until you read other people referring to them. The information is repeated in the top post in their Announcements forum, however.

I actually accesses ESP portal, however, for me it was set up only for music, and not for images. I contacted them... let's see what they say.

I understand the graphs are not working and showing earnings anymore, but I can't seem to find anyplace in my account settings that shows my current balance.  That is kind of concerning as I have no clue how much cash iStock is holding.  Anyone know if they said a date when these changes will be done?
