I had two sales today, but the balance did not update. I sent support a note.

before doing that did you check and make sure they weren't subscription downloads?

How long after the sales wasn't it updated?  I know the stats page seems to take about 12 hours to catch up sometimes, although I don't watch it all that closely..

I've never had any concerns about the tech side of I.S. they seem to have everything well under control....

I found something. There is Royalty delay link. For both images there is "pending' status.
It is the first time I see these.

You stated these were not sub sales, but if they are showing up in the Royalty delay link, that is what they are.

Pay-as-you-go appears in the list of all times sales. sub symbol appears if i click
on Royalty delay link. I would not have been confused if sub symbol appeared in the first list also. ok, so i have my first two of sub sales.

It is confusing and hopefully only a short-term thing. Unfortunately they aren't always the most forthcoming or timely with promised helpful tools to help us manage our portfolios.

Congrats! Smiley

thanks. I have a mixed feeling about these sub sales. total of the  two sales appeared today as $0.38.

Were they both XS files? What do you normally get for XS files?

The reason that I asked is that while .19 seems low (assuming they were both the same price?) it is unusual for me to get paid based on the highest available credit prices. (This is in reference to the regular pay-as-you-go sales. My 30% of last ten XS sales has ranged from .27 to .39, with the majority being around .34). I didn't know if it was similar for most people. If I always got the highest possible royalty on non-sub sales, then comparing lowest possible on sub sales would be disappointing. In my personal experience, the highs and lows have averaged out to higher than the minimum, so I'm okay with that. I only have a tiny number of subs to compare, but so far they have all been above average royalties.

That's all. Smiley

I had a sub sale on a file yesterday (x-small) for $.19..ouch. I may rethink having my images available for subs if that is the type of payments I will get on them. Sad

For regular "pay as you go" credit purchases, the lowest possible royalty is 20% of the lowest credit price, which is currently about 97 cents. If you had sold an XS image in pay as you go with one of these credits, you'd be getting exactly the same amount.

That is the lowest you can expect to be paid for each credit under that sub program as well, though the customer may actually have paid much less than the 97 cents for their credit.

I think I'm going to wait a little longer to compare more than one sale before I do anything drastic. So far I haven't seen anything negative enough for me to want to remove my images from another potential sales outlet. If I start getting only the minimum on every purchase, and am getting enough purchases to note a legitimate trend, I may rethink that position.

That's normal for a pay as you go too.

22-25c is the normal range for me.  Seldom had I received less than 20c, and sometimes I got more (29c is my top for XS, I think).

I went back through some recent sales and haven't had anything sell for less than .24 for awhile now. Guess that is why I was dissappointed to see a sale for .19.
