I didn't notice before, but I got a message:
"New admin panel
We've moved your file administration tools from below the file details to the top of the page. You can still do everything you used to do."

And it is indeed there, called Manage Image, right up at the very top left of the page, above the iStock. logo

It's very odd, though.
Administration is still there, and when you go onto a file's home page, Manage Files isn't visible.
But if you click Administration, you think nothing's happened unless you notice the notice top left, where Manage Image has suddenly appeared.
What an odd UI.

I just had 10 deactivations involuntarily.  They accepted my submissions and a week later someone decided they were a TM risk.  To be fair, I sent in the last one a week later and THAT one went to the "special inspector", got declined and then they went into my port and killed the rest of the series.  Oh well, shows that one needs to be REALLY safe with what they upload and err on the side of "don't waste your F&#%Kng time shooting this.
