Title: Easy Release and IS problem

I have just sent up some pics with Easy Release duly completed. Accepted by all agencies but IS are asking for
'Standard Model Release' to be added in the footer.
Any ideas what they mean?

We have used Easy Release for years with no issues at Istock.

Have you altered anything in the release, or are you using the built in standard release?

Exactly as it popped out. I would be incapable of adjusting it.

If nobody else knows, then I'll contact IS.
In the meantime I have photoshopped onto the bottom of the release the words 'Standard model release' to see if that works.....you never know.....

Still getting that same message....can't get them to accept Easy Release.... :(

OK, sorted I think. The bottom few tiny and pale lines ha fallen off the pag in the transfer fro pdf to jpg. So having retrieved them, it should be ok.....
