Are you looking at Getty or iStock ESP? Getty info has been available on ESP forever. Nothing for iStock yet (at least for me).

On the royalties page everything is blank and it says

"Royalties data will not be available until your first transaction has occurred. Please try again next month."

By transaction do they mean first payment and if you don't reach payout does that mean everything will remain blank for another month?
Although I have a very small port of around 200 images I haven't missed a payout in over a year but I have a bad feeling about this one.

For three months now I have not been provided with any data on PP and sub sales

As of this moment I have no idea whether I reached payout in those months I merely have to "trust" iS on that.

I think it's disgusting behaviour and typical of the way these internet based companies operate.

All fog and mirrors

I've only been selling for 12 months but since my second month I've never had only one download for the whole month and that's all I have for January. Did anyone else have a really bad January? Maybe they decided they needed the money more than me  >:(

I'm hoping when the data shows up I will get a nice surprise... maybe even payout which I normally would have had by now.

Now I see it was old data and the new isn't there, but they are working hard at it. Liars and cheats. Haven't seen one bit of income for three months now for partners or subs. No reporting, nothing. I go to the Getty forum and a bunch of kiss asses are saying how nice it is to be waiting and how they appreciate the hard work of the team. Must be the kool aide drinking exclusive.

Thank you more and again Getty, we have plenty of jars of valseline at home for your next exciting news. Lies upon lies, empty promises.

Statements delayed
Dear contributor, Wed like to inform you about a technical system issue that will affect the timeline of the January 2017 royalty statements. Royalty statements will be delayed by a day or two due to a temporary technical problem. We are working to address this technical issue as quickly as possible. We will update this message once all statements are available and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue. Please note: This issue impacts the January 2017 royalty statements only. Payments are not impacted and will arrive according to our normal schedule. Thank you, Getty Images Contributor Services

The only people who will benefit from ESP are Microsoft with increased sales of Excel and trainers in spreadsheet analysis.

I'm using OpenOffice and I couldn't figure out how to correctly import data before losing my nerv. Bunch of useless numerical data and mixed rows...

Make sure only "tabs" is selected when you open the file with calc

You need to open the csv file and ensure you have the right delimiters such as commas spaces etc. As I said somewhere else I didn't start doing Mstock so I could spend more time with spreadsheets!!!! tbh my sales on Istock are not  huge so I cannot  be bothered spending time analysing just how bad my returns are! I use Libre Office now btw...I suspect Open Office caused Windows 10 to "hang"

It needs to be separated by tabs and none of the other separators.

Yes thanks, that worked, thou still very messy.

I was under the impression that there will be another link "Stats" under the "Royalties" link that would show thumbs and all...
So this is the sum for December and January? This is everything we didn't see all this time?

my 1968 black and white tv works......but am I wrong to expect something a bit better in 2017? I cant think of a site with worse management information.

This is good news, as I did see a post on the forum that it would not be the 20th and it may not be until next week due to technical issues.

But seeing your stats come back 3 days after the deadline is encouraging
