Hi, I used to have a script (which was awesome) installed on IS that would tell me if I had already downloaded and image. Of late I have noticed that images I have purchased in the past are not being flaged up by the script. Has anything changed that I am not aware of

Thank you in advance

That's my script.  Make sure you have updated your previous download cache by clicking on the link that the script puts at the top of your "previous downloads" page.  It should be working - I just checked.

Where is that link? The script hasn't been working for me for many months now and I didn't care to ask.

If you cleared your cookies, you need to reload a cache of your download history at the top of your download list page.

I'm sorry Sean, but I don't know where to click in order to reload my download history.

I used to access my download list (My Uploads - sorted by "Last DL") then used the Greasemonkey script by clicking on the button "Add Dynamic Size/Royalty Data" and then the additional information popped up in a new column.

Now when I click that button it just says "Starting" then "Processing" and that's it. Nothing else happens...  ???

No, no.  Go to your profile, and your financials tab, and then your download history page that shows everything _you've_ downloaded.  At the top should be a link to create the cache.

OK, when I goto the Financials Tab the only link I can find that shows the cache link is:
"View Downloads" under the "My Pay-As-You-Go Plan" section

Once I see my previous purchases I see the message above:

To use the Greasemonkey script to see if you have previously purchased an image, you need to cache your download history into a cookie.

Your last caching was on: Thu Jul 26 2012 12:31:27 GMT-0400 (Eastern Daylight Time). To update, click here.

Once I click on it a new message pops up:
Quote
Finished with 1 of 1 downloaded items. Your cache has been updated.

Now when I go back to "My Uploads" and sort them by "Last DL" and hit the "Add Dynamic..." button it still gets stuck in "Processing" and never shows the amount.

Using FF 14.0.1 and Greasemonkey 0.9.20

Oh, you're getting your scripts crossed.  The script malamus was asking about shows you if you have downloaded an image previously, so you don't redownload it.

You're asking about the myUploads_addData script.  Does your error log in the browser say anything?  Because mine is working fine...

God I feel stupid now. I posted this in the wrong topic...  ::)

I googled for the Firefox error log but I'm obviously too stupid to even find that...  :(

I don't get any error messages except the script is running and just freezing while "Processing"...  ???

I seem to be unable to see the link, it's like the script has vanished

The Greasemonkey icon in your Firefox appears to be greyed out - it seems disabled. Just enable it and reload the page, then it should be there again.

That's what I think the problem is.

OMG, how simple was that.

Thanks

Well that has allowed me to update the cache, but there's still no "the file was previously downloaded on"

I'm betting there is one more simple step, help?
