Title: help! Always get Date conflict comment
Post by: byphoto on August 13, 2017, 04:11
This is from Istock/qHero.   All the exif data was removed when saved into jpg. But I still get the following comment. Is there anyone having the same issue?

"The shoot date on this model release conflicts with the shoot date on the image exif. For images other than self portraits, new releases are required for each shoot. Please see this article for more information on how to correctly complete a model release."

Check the date setting on your camera?

Check the date you are manually entering as the created on date (that field is mandatory in ESP, I haven't used qHero but it must be there somewhere too) matches th shoot date written in your model release. If these two don't match you will get this rejection note
