So seems I stock is having an issueeither the July payment. Anyone else having issues? Also at this point are they responsible for any loss that happens due to their lack of payment?

IIRC their contract makes payment to us optional, so any losses from not being paid wouldn't be their problem. But it's been a very, very long time since I read it so it's possible that those are the terms of some other contract.

I was paid on time, but check their forum.
I presume you took out a support ticket in the 26th? If not, do it immediately and get into the queue.

What kind of loss are you talking about? Are you in debt because iStock didn't pay you?

Already racked up one late fee due to no paymentand as of tomorrow I have the chance of getting an overdraft fee as I have a payment set to come out from paypa, but there is no money there right now. This is gonan cause ot to hit my checking account which may or not have money there depending upon how long it takes for everything to go through.

This wouldn't be an issue if they paid per their stated times. What really worries me though is per another post on their forum this happened before for April's payment. Took about a month before payments came through.

Months after leaving, I get this :)
Getty Images (US) Inc. sent you $0.01 USD
Now I will have to think what to spend it on.

It's shocking and you aren't the only one according to their forums and Fb groups.

Have you been paid for June yet? I got this month's payment (for July) an hour ago. I hope you got two months' payment.

I made about $85 in July and I'm surprised they sent it to me yesterday... I always thought the minimum was $100.

I didn't know they'd changed it either.  That must be pretty new, as I've seen people say they were just cents below payout so had to wait another month.

Have they changed it or is it an error...as usual I can't find this basic info on their site?

I'm only a few bucks short and didn't receive a payout. With iStock, if you go with the preponderance of evidence (in this case or any other), I'd say it was an error.

Ticket opened 32 days ago.  Still no payment.
From what I saw last time one dude was waiting over 45 days.

Something to think about though,  if they are not paying royalty as per their own agreement then do they have the right to license those images?

Have they even reported July sales yet?  The last report I have on ESP is dated July 1st for June sales, but so far nothing about what happened in July even though those are supposed to be reported by the 20th or so aren't they?  It's getting to be ridiculous even for iStock.

My ESP is July 1st for July sales, that's how it works. They came in on IIRC the 18th, a couple of days early because of the weekend.

Oops, you're right - it had June sales (from June 5th) listed at the beginning so I thought it only was June but it went through July as well.  My mistake - thanks for the clarification.

Who is istock?
Are they human? Or are we being manipulated by a dark and evil force from beyond?

Hello,
I am one of the many dissatisfied with Istock. I haven't had any payment for 2 months and no reply to the emails I sent :( I can't connect to my portfolio either.
If someone has a solution to propose she'll be welcome
