Hello,

My some files seems to be '' Inactive Asset '' in the Recent Activity section (esp.gettyimages.com)

What does that mean ? Why do some of my files seem to be ''Inactive Asset'' ?

I suggest you reach out to the folks at IS/GI directly on their forum or contact contributor relations there. It is unlikely you will get an "informed" answer on this forum.

This is a non-answer, but they emailed me what and why they deactivated my files, and that's happened a number of times. I'm saying the email a reason. But best you write and ask why if you can't find that email.

Thank for reply.

I didn't receive a email or error message. My files aren't deactive. Files appear online in ''Upload&Review Content''. But they don't appear in my portfolio.
