Author Topic: IS upload broken? (Read 3516 times)

For over 1 hour I can't upload images to IS. Well the actual upload works but then after keywording it stops and ends in a blank page.

The image never gets submitted and you have to pick up the pending upload and re-keyword again, which then takes you in the above described loop.

Am I the only one with this problem? I'm using Firefox.

I had this problem a couple of weeks ago and with one image today. I finally canceled the upload of that image and uploaded a different one and it worked fine.

This is something IS knows about, but is having trouble resolving. See this thread.

I just finished uploading 11 files with no problems at all - using FF.

I had this problem last week. When I got the blank page after submission it looked like they hadn't gone through, but when I checked my pending queue they were there and had been properly submitted. Maybe yours went through too?

Unfortunately they didn't go through but it worked with Internet Explorer so no problem

I seem to be able to load only 1 image a day. If I try to upload a second image, I see the bars showing the file is being uploaded. It doesnt go to step three - entering description and keyword page. Is anyone else having this problem? When I check my files - only the one I pushed through worked
