Go to the "Participate" drop down menu, click Contributor Lounge.

When it's AWOL I usually find it in the site map at the bottom of the page.

The sidebar intermittently disappears for some people. Removing the .php from the url solves the issue.

So that it looks like this:
http://www.istockphoto.com/my_uploads

And not that
http://www.istockphoto.com/my_uploads.php

It can also be accessed from 'My Account' at the extreme left of the floating bar at the bottom of the screen.
My Account > Contributor Tools > Upload.

Use this Greasemonkey script, and the links will always be there:

Sean, if you aren't on payroll at IS yet, for all your work fixing their bugs with your Greasemonkey scripts, then you certainly should be!  Thanks again :)

yet one more way to find it.  Click on "my uploads" ( the briefcase looking icon at the bottom).  Your my uploads page, click on any blue file numer on the left, upload appears in the usual place on the next  (edit) page.
