Title: just checked my istock account after some months of inactivity
Post by: hansenn on May 01, 2017, 17:22
I just downloaded and installed the new deepmeta v3 and was hoping for a quick start but no way.
First I could not log in with my old loginname and password. After some reading here I first clicked the "forgotten password". Nothing happened, no email.
Then I clicked the "forgotten username". Instantly I got an email with a new username. :D

Ok, but what is bothering me now is I can't see my portfolio. If I read it well there are still some problems with the synch function in deepmeta. Right?
But when I go to my istockphoto.com page I also don't see my portfolio.  :-[

And where can I check my stats? In the old deepmeta I could still see my earnings in the bottom line. Where are they now?

update: I tried to upload some files, but got error 401.
Also I tried to log in on the getty site, but it said my account is not set to ESP-access

it's get more complicated  :o

Lots of other threads here, and on the iS/Getty forum, which you can get into via your new ESP log in credentials. In the main sticky ESP thread on the Help forum, there are loads of other links to info.

Ubnsurprisingly, it's a load of fœtid dingos' kidneys.
