I read the thread last week when it went live. No, I don't think there was an announcement, but don't know for sure. When I read through the thread, there were still issues with it appearing and disappearing at the top of the page. It also was in the left column, too.

I saw it all day today, but right now when I went to IS page, it's not showing at the top of the page. Something about if no one is manning it, it disappears off the page or something?

I think in the thread a few people mentioned they went over just to say hi.

Several of us tried to suggest something needs to be there all the time, available or not, but for some reason they like it to go on and off.

I met the same person guy at live help on Thinkstockphotos and Pumpaudio Seems like they have several persons in live help for all Getty sites

I am now really creating a new post,

I would like to ask the iStockphoto How should I answer these questions to pass the vetting thereof?

The answers are provided for you on the istock site. You have to read the manual first, then answer the questions. Maybe someone you know could translate the questions into Chinese for you, if your English is not so good.

I spotted at least 4 wrong answers and said so in your other thread here. Cheating on tests isn't exactly what this forum has to offer in the way of help.

It comes and gos, depending on whether there is anyone available to help. So when it's not there, you can't use it. sjlocke tried to get them to change it so it's always there, but if it's on, some radio waves show or some other icon to let us know it's live, instead of making it go away. Apparently they thought this was the better way to go.
