Uploading some photo to IS just several weeks ago.The acceptable ratio is about 60% and views are about 8-9 per photo but no download.  :(

At the same time,I found the sales/view in other agency is about 5.It means every 5 customers view on my photo will generate one download. Is my photo not suitable for IS style?

Which other site are you talking about and it is hard to comment on your portfolio without a link.

Give it time though, if you only have about 5 views/image it is pretty hard to draw much of a conclusion from that.  The sample size is much to small.  iStock is generally the best return per image for most people.

Can't say much without a link to your portfolio.  I have noticed and seen others say that new images aren't selling well on istock.  With the commission cut and all the other problems they have had recently, I'm not wasting my time on them anymore.  I just hope the site is sold early next year and the new buyers are more contributor friendly but that looks like a long shot.

Is my photo not suitable for IS style?

You know what would help?  Seeing the photo.

I have a video with 1560 views with no sales, a photo with 1136 with no sales and my best seller has 33,343 views and 1988 sales or around 17 views per sale, hope that helps put things in perspective.  Also my second best seller is 20:1, third best seller is 9:1 and my fourth best seller is 22:1.  My two vettas have a ratio of 96 views to 1 sale and my best selling video has a ratio of over 80:1.

IMHO if IS approved it, it has something for sure, upload a few more :)

My view / download ratio must be well into the several hundred to one.

My top three non Vetta sellers average 30:1
Less popular files have a much higher view/sales ratio.

ETA: I have one Vetta file that has a 1351:0 ratio :(

My views/download in DT is about 5: 1 if sales happened. But in IS all the the photo uploaded there are more than 8 but now download at all.The differece is apparent! Ok,maybe just waiting for a long time.Just confused feeling....

I have had quick sales sometimes from fairly new images.  But I must say that these are nearly always rather unique images, of stuff that however non-commercial it may appear, they don't have a lot of competition from existing images.  Other images, unique or otherwise, seem to be comatose for a few months and then mysteriously start getting regular sales.

As for the OP's question, getting 10, 50 or 100 views with no sales is pretty common, at least for me.  If you just keep shooting and uploading, you may be very surprised at which images really take off (eventually) and which ones get hundreds of views with no sales.

one more intesting in IS the approval ration is higher than DT for my photo. In DT the approval ration always about 30-40% ( >:(very low right?) and in IS my photo approval is about 60% ( :-[80% of them can be resubbmited)  since I upload photo from last month.

I dun want confused anybody else.It just my first impression with IS. I am pretty newbie for microstock here..

I suggest you to spend more time shooting and learning photography and less time doing maths. Very often number of views, acceptance  ratio and other statistics are not important, as long as you make sales.
