I've been using the Chrome plug-in script referenced on this forum to track my partner program sales. Up until about a month ago it worked great. Now, though, I get a warning about "Page trying to load scripts from unauthorized sources" and when I click the red arrow, the script seems to just churn. I've checked for script updates, but there aren't any. Is anyone else having this issue? Have you found a fix? Thanks.

iS has been changing their backend and the script writer is waiting to fix the script until the changes are over. That's the gist I got from other places.

It is the only way I can find out which PP images have sold apart from going through all the images with sales!  It's a bit frustrating to know when and for much something has sold but not knowing which image it was.

Are there any alternative ways of finding out?

Go onto your home page.
Left hand column under Contributor Tools Click on the arrow next to My Uploads.
Click on the Partner Program link.
Then click the Partner Program DLs header.

This also works from your My Uploads page (suitcase in bottom black bar, unless you have disabled the bar).

That tells me how many and for how much but not when.

An example might help. I have a PP sale on 6th September. I know when it sold and for how much but not what it is. From the above I know what has sold and for how much but not when. I just want to join the two bits of information together and know what sold, when and for how much?

Any advice?

I'm not in the PP so can't be any more specific. However, my G+ sales are in the PP section, and I don't see sales dates. You'd need to take a screenshot every month and work out which have increased/decreased. Otherwise you'd need to look into each individual file's PP sales. It's not easy, and I suspect that's deliberate, though I think there might have been a 'hint' that better tools would be becoming available with unification.
The API is changing so much that the script writers are holding off for the moment.

Yep think a while back we were told exciting changes were on the way about now but we've heard that a few times :o

I guess G+ will be the same. I just like knowing what I have sold, when and for how much so I can see if there are any trends. I'm pretty new to this so use it as part of my learning experience.

In comparison with other agencies the sales reporting is a bit clunky but I suspect this is something they will be working on as part of unification, hence all the back office changes. To be honest I would rather have functional changes rather than exciting ones...........

In the meantime I will just record them as "unknown image". I'm trying to think ahead to when I have more sales and manually checking things like doing screenshots is not an option in terms of time. It's already a struggle.

Thanks for your help. I do look here quite a lot for help and find it really useful but this is the first post I have done.

^^ In the past, iStock's 'exciting changes' or 'exciting announcements' have nearly all been Bad News for contributors.
I, for one, tend to read any iStock promise of 'exciting' as 'Be Very Afraid'.

I've been doing this long enough to understand that. Rarely good news for contributors.

I use ten different agencies so spread the risk and don't put all my eggs in one basket just in case they get scrambled!

I have had no pp or GI data as yet and it's late in the month. No difference to my income showing either.
