I have noticed that recently a number of non-exclusive contributors are uploading hunderds of photos without the usual IS upload limits.
At there current canister level they shouldn't be able to upload more then 18 a week!

An example to some of these contrubutors are:

Does anybody have any explaination for this ?

That was reported as a bug and fixed on February 17, according to Rogermexico.
