Can anyone remember when the RC info was released for 2012, before the updated info later in the year? Just wondering when we should expect to hear what the levels are roughly.

hmmm, wonder if lobo will sneak in here and crush me for asking....

I don't think there is a pattern when they will tell us. Broken promises on the date have been common practise. The targets were also changed later when sales were much lower and many people were going to lose more than 1 level.

I couldn't remember, but it's in a sticky right at the top of the Help forum. It was June 17th.

Actually it was June 3rd last year. http://www.istockphoto.com/forum_messages.php?threadid=330116

Someone else asked earlier today in the Help Forum and Kelvin locked the thread.

What worries me is if they cannot pay the correct royalties from back in January, how can we expect them to pay back royalties for contributors that have moved up a level?

They don't care. I queried a royalty adjustment, got the standard 'these were old credits' email from CR which was totally irrelevant; replied to point that out a couple of months ago, and never got a reply and my ticket has disappeared.

One of the benefits (may should say one of the benefit) of being bottom of the heap  is I don't have to worry about that RC crap  ;D

I'm sure you'd worry if you had reason to think you weren't getting the correct royalty, though?

Again, therein lies the benefit - if you're on the lowest possible royalty, underpayment is very unlikely  ;D.  Of course, if sites were to just pay commission on every 2nd or 3rd DL that would be a different story.

they shoud seriously include the thinkstock sales once we cant get out, at least it would give us some credit apart from the huge 28 cents ;D

Unfortunately that would push us up the RC ranks and they'd have to pay us more. That would never be allowed to happen :P :-\

Agreed.  Sadly.  Once the new vulture capitalists buy it, they will try to squeeze even more out of us.  I expect RC targets will increase, despite dismal sales this year.

I believe they can increase for exclusives (and that would make sense) once they had prices increased like 10 times ;D
